excellent breakfast

Definitely worth trying for a nostalgic trip

I gotta say, the breakfast was just excellent, self-service with fresh options, and beautifully presented. Plus, the staff? So friendly.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

It was a really enjoyable experience in a quirky hotel. We were in a double room with an openable sash window and a drink plus gorgeous bedding. Local fast food option Tariqs Indian Cuisine was 25 minutes walk away.

really enjoyed our rooms with great bathroom. there was plenty of food for breakfast, it was good. comfortable location near to numerous restaurants and pubs, a quiet tree lined avenue and great bars, we felt safe.

Unfortunately, there was no restaurant.

wonderful access to parks and local attractions for weekend wanderers

I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the very clean and tidy room and the friendly staff, all while being just a pleasant 20-minute walk to both Woodhouse Moor and Leeds Art Gallery, perfect for my city strolls.
